一、个人简介
吴迪,女,教授,硕士生导师,太阳集团网站8722第三批“特支计划”拔尖人才,长期从事食品胶体及相关配料稳态化、药食同源功能食品研发、食品精准营养与功效评价等方向。主持/参与各类科研课题共9项;发表学术论文30余篇,其中以第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文14篇(累积影响因子大于100),获授权发明专利4件。担任中国农业工程学会农产品质量与营养工程专业委员会委员、山东省食品科学技术学会青委会委员、青岛市科学技术学会青年委员、Food and Health杂志青年编委,Foods客座编辑,Food Hydrocolloids、Food Chemistry、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules等国际权威期刊同行评审专家。
